Gift Boxes :

Does the gift box price include GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST.

Under the Liquor Control act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor.  For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive delivery.

 

Personlaised Storybooks:

Does My childs Name fearure in the storybooks? Yes your child becomes a part of the story along with some of his friends.  When ordering your books please ensure that you have the exact personalisation that you desire - including upper and lower case. Products will be produced exactly as you have stated. Accents and other symbols cannot be printed. We automatically print the words 'With love from' on the title page, therefore only enter your personalisation requirements for the book template.

What size are the books? They are standard books - 225mm x 165mm.  All with 30 full colour pages personalised throughout.

What method of delivery do you use?

We deliver by standard post supplied by Australia Post

Can I specify exactly when and where I want my package dropped off?

The postal service only delivers to street mail boxes and PO Boxes. Unfortunately we cannot instruct them to deliver your items anywhere else on your property or tell them what time to make your delivery.

What is your delivery time frame?

We can guarantee a delivery time frame of a maximum of 21 days.
